2. The monthly bill and line rent (if any) has to be paid to Spark Systems Limited in advance. Falling to do so will result in suspension of membership will be subject to a re-connection fee Tk.200/= only in addition to the settlement of all arrears and bills.

3. After three months from the suspension of membership connection will be permanently disconnected from spark. Further connection subject to installation charge and other charge if any.

4. The member agrees to indemnity Spark Systems Limited against liability for any and all use of member account.  The member also agrees to pay bill(s) if any dial up charges creates through member account.

5. The member expressly agrees that use of Spark’s Internet service is at member’s own risk. Neither Spark Systems Limited nor any of its information providers, licensors, Employees or Agents warrants that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Upon notice published over Spark’s internet service, Spark Systems Limited may modify these terms, the prices, and may discontinued or revise any or all other aspects to the internet service at its own discretion and without prior notice.

7. Spark Systems Limited will not be responsible for power failure to provide 24 hours service of Internet.

8. Member can stop using the service and may change their service category any time upon submitting a prior notice to Spark Systems Limited.

9. Member agrees to pay a negotiable shifting charge within our network in Dhaka city in case of changing their connection address

10. For member under 18 years, their parents or legal guardian should also sign the sign-up from.
